Johannes Tendani Ravele is the President of the South African Association of Community Pharmacists (SAACP) and Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Society of South Africa (PSSA). He is also the Chairman of the Advisory Committee, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). He was the Chairman of the PSSA Pretoria Branch, served in the PSSA National in different roles over the years and is currently a Member of the Pharmacy Month Planning Committee, National Department of Health.
Ravele has been a pharmacist since 1991. He qualified at the University of the North, enrolled for a Diploma in Business Management in and acquired a Certificate Course in Corporate Governance from UNISA in 2008. Acquired a Higher Certificate in Healthcare Services Management from Regent Business school in 2021. Johannes has a passion for the profession and is still training Pharmacist Interns and Pharmacist Assistants.
