I hope that you are well and not suffering too much with the current global situation.

We have been monitoring the situation closely in South Africa and have liaised with our partners, advisers, sponsors & exhibitors on our event series scheduled for 3-4th November this year.

We have recently issued a survey to our current exhibitors & sponsors to ask for their view on whether we should delay our event until 2022 and the results have been unanimous. Our approach and response from our clients have given us a clear indication of how to move forward.

Whilst we know this may come as a disappointment, not only to potential exhibitors, buyers and industry professionals who were due to attend our event, along with our customers we are keen to minimise the risks to visitors and exhibitors as best we can and provide the best possible platform for all to trade on given the crisis we are all dealing with. SAPHEX, The Pharmacy Show, GP Expo & the newly launched Nursing Practice will now take place 24 March – 25 March 2022 at the Sandton Convention Centre. Johannesburg.

Our move to the SCC (Sandton Convention Centre) will see our event series occupy the entire venue and will ensure we can deliver an event that represents the industries we serve during the day and into the evening. Sandton offers some of the best evening entertainment available in Johannesburg and our key driver for next year’s event is to celebrate the key workers and the unsung heroes working as pharmaceutical professionals, pharmacists, GP’s, Doctors, Nurses and the multiple suppliers who help keep the wheels turning in the background, so basically, all of you wonderful people who are reading this email!

We want you to know that we’re fully committed to serving the sectors that we love. We’re already working hard in the background to deliver value and service above and beyond the trade show you were looking forward to and we will continue in our preparations to deliver a high-level event that industry deserves.

Our events in South Africa are simply some of the most exciting and enjoyable we have the opportunity to organise. We thank you in advance for your support in ensuring SAPHEX, TPS, GP Expo & Nursing Practice is a huge success in 2022.
