Ingrid holds a B.Pharm degree and MSc in Pharmacology from the North-West University. She currently holds the position of Regulatory Affairs Director, and Responsible Pharmacist for a Multinational Company. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with a background in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Business Compliance and Pharmacovigilance. Ingrid was seconded to Singapore in 2018/2019 to understand the Southern Asian Regulatory markets with a key focus on Reliance Models.
She is the current President of the South African Association of Pharmacists (SAAPI) and honorary Vice President of the PSSA. She is also the current chair of the IPASA SAHPRA and RA Working Groups and previously served as the ITG Chairperson (2023-2025)
